Under this Statute, a center named the National Competitiveness Center shall be established. The NCC shall report to the Council of Economic and Development Affairs and shall have an independent legal personality and financial and administrative independence. It shall assume the powers and duties assigned thereto under this Statute.
The NCC shall be headquartered in the city of Riyadh and it may establish branches and offices within the Kingdom and abroad.
