The Eastern Province Municipality has put forward a key project on the Istitlaa platform titled 'Eastern Province Municipality Commercial Sign Guide.' The aim of the project is to develop and provide a shared database that is easily accessible by all relevant parties, in which all requirements related to commercial signage are clearly outlined. Public feedback on the project is open until October 7, 2025.

The project aims to develop and modernize the regulatory framework for arbitration, aligning it with current global best practices. Public consultation on this project will remain open until October 24, 2025.
The Ministry of Interior has put forward a key project on the Istitlaa platform titled 'Amendments to Traffic Law.' This project aims to establish a single, authoritative body responsible for monitoring weigh stations. Its mandate is to set appropriate weight and size restrictions for goods vehicles in compliance with all regulations, and to define violation fines based on the financial impact of overloading on road quality and infrastructure. Public feedback on the project is open until October 28, 2025.
