30 Projects Opened for Feedback through the Public Consultation Platform, Istitlaa

The National Competitiveness Center's Public Consultation Platform, Istitlaa, has put forward 30 projects related to economic and development affairs. In cooperation with 12 government bodies, the NCC invites the general public, government entities, and the private sector to express their views and feedback on projects prior to their approval.

The Royal Commission for Makkah city and Holy Sites has launched a public consultation on a project titled 'Urban Manual for Healthcare Services in the Central Area of Makkah Al-Mukarramah.' The project aims to develop a Comprehensive and Implementable Manual for Healthcare Services in the Central Area of Makkah. Public feedback on this project will be accepted until November 18, 2025.

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has put forward a key project on the Istitlaa platform titled 'Licensing Requirements for Providing Services to Umrah Performers and Visitors of the Prophet's Mosque Coming from Outside the Kingdom.' This project aims to define the requirements and conditions necessary to obtain a license to practice the activity of providing services to Umrah performers and visitors of the Prophet's Mosque coming from outside the Kingdom. Public feedback on the project is open until November 19, 2025.

The General Authority for Statistics is seeking public feedback on a new project draft titled 'Executive Regulations for Statistics Law.' The project aims to clarify the mechanisms for applying the provisions of the Law, including the regulation of statistical licensing procedures, the collection of data and information, the rules governing cooperation with public entities, the provision and accessibility of data and information, and the procedures for engaging public entities in the implementation of statistical activities. Public consultation on this project will remain open until November 19, 2025.

 

The Real Estate General Authority has put forward a key project on the Istitlaa platform titled 'Regulations for Rectifying Violations of the Statutory Provisions Governing the Relationship between Landlord and Tenant.' This project aims to govern the relationship between the lessor and the lessee. Public feedback on the project is open until November 20, 2025.

The National Cybersecurity Authority is seeking public feedback on a new framework titled 'Regulating the Detection and Investigation of Cybersecurity-Related Violations Rules.' The aim of this project is to regulate the detection and investigation of cybersecurity-related violations referred to in the legal powers of the National Cybersecurity Authority. Public consultation on this project will remain open until November 21, 2025.

The introduction of draft regulations, publics, and similar projects through the Istitlaa platform serves as an affirmation of enhanced transparency in the legislative environment. In addition, Istitlaa fosters a culture of public participation by enabling citizens, government agencies, and the private sector to contribute their insights and feedback on proposed regulations related to the business environment.
