25 Projects Opened for Feedback through the Public Consultation Platform, Istitlaa
The National Competitiveness Center's Public Consultation Platform, Istitlaa, has put forward 25 projects related to economic and development affairs. In cooperation with 18 government bodies, the NCC invites the general public, government entities, and the private sector to express their views and feedback on projects prior to their approval.
The Ministry of Justice has launched a public consultation project titled 'Division of Common Property Regulations amendment,' which aims to align the legal provisions with the Civil Transactions Law, organize the Entrustment and Liquidation Center, and develop procedures for the division of joint funds in a manner that ensures speed and flexibility without compromising the quality of work or statutory guarantees. Public feedback on both projects will be accepted until December 25, 2025.
The National Cybersecurity Authority has put forward a key project on the Istitlaa platform titled 'Updates on the National Cryptographic Standards.' This project aims to prescribe the minimum acceptable cryptographic requirements for civilian and commercial purposes to protect national data, laws, and networks. Public feedback on the project is open until December 25, 2025.
The Saudi Esports Federation is seeking public feedback on a project titled 'Saudi eLeague Regulation 2026,' which aims to organize and manage the Saudi Esports League, including the registration and gameplay process, result calculation, and the rules governing the league. Public consultation on both projects will remain open until December 26, 2025.
The Jockey Club of Saudi Arabia has put forward a key project on the Istitlaa platform titled 'Rules of Racing 2025/2026.' This project aims to promote the authentic and traditional values of equestrian sport and ensure the practical application of its principles and ethics. Public feedback on the project is open until December 29, 2025.
The introduction of draft regulations, publics, and similar projects through the Istitlaa platform serves as an affirmation of enhanced transparency in the legislative environment. In addition, Istitlaa fosters a culture of public participation by enabling citizens, government agencies, and the private sector to contribute their insights and feedback on proposed regulations related to the business environment.
