The National Competitiveness Center

"The National Competitiveness Center is an independent government center, established in 2019, holding a distinct legal status under the Council of Economic and Development Affairs. Collaborating with 65 government entities, the center seeks to improve and develop the competitive environment in the Kingdom and elevate its ranking in relevant global competitiveness indicators and reports. This is achieved through the study and analysis of the obstacles and challenges facing both the public and private sectors, identifying these issues, proposing solutions, initiatives, and recommendations, and overseeing their implementation."

Private Sector Feedback Platform

It is an online platform develops the mechanisms of interaction between the private sector and government entities, by receiving the private sector’s feedback and monitoring the challenges they face to be directed to the relevant government entities. In addition to working on what the standards of challenges and obstacles apply directly by the NCC in cooperation with other government entities.

Public Consultation Platform

The Public Consultation Platform is a unified electronic platform under the NCC to receive feedback from the public as well as the government and private sectors about laws and regulations, and the like, issued by government entities regarding the economic and development environment. This platform aims to enable the public and government entities to express their feedback and views on the draft laws and regulations, and the like, related to economic, and development affairs before their approval, in implementation of the Council of Ministers Resolution No. 476 issued on March 10, 2020.
