The first is titled 'Regulation Governing Service Outsourcing of Non-Saudi Labor Between Firms through the Ajeer Program.' This project establishes rules for outsourcing non-Saudi workers between establishments, including permit issuance for their presence at client worksites, while formalizing exemptions under the Ajeer Program framework. The second proposal is titled 'Draft Regulations for Advertising Support Services,' which is designed to establish clear and well-defined standards and regulations for domestic workers advertising content. Public feedback on the two projects is open until August 30, 2025.
